      As an Affiliate Agent at Centric Realty, David brings ten years of real estate industry knowledge to the team. It is his additional forty years of professional experience as a mechanical engineer that really sets him apart. His deep technical understanding of homebuilding has helped him explain the home inspection process to his clients.

      David entered the industry alongside his wife and Centric Realty CEO, Linda Ash. Together, they were awarded Rookie of the Year in their first year of selling real estate. They closed more deals in their first six months than any other agent in the history of the company. This sparked a seemingly endless series of real estate accomplishments, which David attributes to Linda’s winning personality, industry expertise, and diligent work ethic. As a team, in a few short years they grew their annual sales to over $13 million. Before making their move to Florida, David achieved the Multi-Million Dollar sales award in the Memphis Area Association of Realtors in 2014 and 2015.

      David takes great pride in his attention to detail and ability to solve complex problems quickly, always able to ideate reliable solutions when the need arises. Putting customers first, which closely aligns with Centric Realty’s agent and customer-centric goals has proved successful for him. He prioritizes his customers’ needs, always going the extra mile to ensure the home buying and selling experience is a positive one. David’s dedication and passion allow him to empathize with his clients. He encourages their hopes, calms any apprehensions, and never loses sight of their vision.

      When he’s not selling a home or getting to know a client better, David enjoys being on the go – he loves travelling and boating. He also ran the New York City Marathon in under 4 hours in 1989.
