Having co-founded Centric Realty with her close friend Linda, Elizabeth currently sits within the management team as the Chief Marketing Officer and Affiliate Broker. She joined the company after becoming a licensed realtor in February 2022, making the move to real estate after an illustrious sales career.
Elizabeth is an accomplished, sales-driven professional with a keen eye for detail and a strong ability to fully understand each client’s unique home needs and location preference. Since earning her MBA in Global Management, Elizabeth has helmed numerous sales leadership roles across a range of companies and industries, from paper to healthcare. Her diverse leadership portfolio stands as a testament to her varied skillset and depth of understanding in client management, daily sales operations, and company goals.
Leveraging her sales expertise, Elizabeth brings value to her work with clients and colleagues at Centric Realty with tried-and-tested leadership, interpersonal communications, and big-picture perspectives, always through the lens of the client’s best interests. She also puts her creative juices to work, which has helped her to conceptualize, pitch and facilitate the best solutions for her clients. She is laser-focused on ensuring that she consistently delivers on her signature promise: to make every client’s next move the right one.
In the early stages of her professional career, Elizabeth served as an Account Executive for International Paper. She managed high-volume transactions and performed problem-solving techniques to successfully execute client orders and enhance internal workflows. The role necessitated close and regular communication with clients. Additionally, she monitored client profiles to recommend comprehensive and effective solutions. In turn, her results-oriented approach and the effort taken to maintain client relationships consistently increased sales for the company.
After that, Elizabeth became City Gear’s Marketing Manager, where she coordinated and ensured consistency and coherence between cross-functional departments such that client impressions and overall experience were well-coordinated and above satisfactory. She was tasked with supervising daily marketing operations, regular interdepartmental collaboration, and coordinating deliverables for traditional sale sets. These responsibilities honed her effectiveness in daily work, wider company aims, and overall client satisfaction.
In her most recent role, Elizabeth acted as a C-suite executive when she was appointed the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Celebrity Healthcare in Dallas. In this capacity, she steered the company’s direction with reliable and competent leadership. Her duties included performance target-setting, executing company-wide policies, overseeing daily operations, and supporting expansion plans.
Elizabeth’s level of expertise in multiple sales and marketing facets has contributed to company-wide efficiency and enhanced benefits. Having led sales departments for years, she has mastered the art of communicating with clients and internal stakeholders to identify pain points and solve problems. She is most passionate about devising solutions that always achieve a win-win for all parties involved – a strong work ethic that she continues to demonstrate through her role at Centric Realty.
When she is not busy making homeowners’ dreams come true, Elizabeth can be found spending time with her loved ones – especially her children – and working with social organizations back home in Memphis.
